These terms govern access to AISkillDev websites, accounts, digital courses, subscriptions, downloads, assessments, and certificates. By creating an account or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. An account and course access are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred except through an approved course-change process.
Digital products and access
Courses are delivered online after payment is successfully verified. Course scope, duration, included resources, access period, currency, and price are shown before purchase. We may improve or replace lessons while preserving the overall purchased learning outcome.
Payments and taxes
Charges are processed in the displayed checkout currency by the selected payment provider. Applicable taxes may be included or calculated according to the stated market and billing information. A payment is complete only after verification by AISkillDev.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Course videos, audio, text, PDFs, images, downloads, quizzes, branding, and platform materials are protected content. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to learn from the material. Copying, public distribution, credential sharing, scraping, circumvention of access controls, or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.
Certificates
Certificates represent completion under the rules active for that course. They are not academic degrees, professional licenses, employment guarantees, or endorsements by third parties. Certificates may be revoked for fraud, account abuse, or material violation of these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to provide reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every external tool shown in a course will remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by law, AISkillDev is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Policies
The Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Subscription Cancellation Policy, and Return Policy form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
