No returns are accepted because AISkillDev products are delivered digitally and no physical goods are supplied. Once the online course is purchased there is no return.
There is no parcel-return, return-merchandise authorization, collection, warehouse, or physical exchange process.

Use the course-change process described in the Refund and Course Change Policy by contacting us. Do not share, copy, or redistribute downloaded course resources.
If the product is inaccessible
Report the account, payment, or technical problem to support. AISkillDev will investigate verified fulfillment errors and restore eligible access where possible.
