This policy applies to recurring AISkillDev memberships or subscriptions. One-time course purchases do not renew automatically unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
How to cancel
A subscriber may request cancellation through the account controls when available or by contacting us from the subscribed email address. Submit the request before the next renewal date.
Effect of cancellation
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
- Access ordinarily continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
- Cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund for the current period.
- Any separately purchased lifetime course remains available under its own access terms.
If a renewal occurs after a timely, verifiable cancellation request because of a processing error, contact support for investigation. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
