This policy explains how AISkillDev handles information when you browse, register, purchase, subscribe, learn, contact support, or receive a certificate.
Information we process
- Identity and account data such as name, email address, verification status, and account identifiers.
- Order, billing-country, currency, gateway reference, invoice, coupon, enrollment, and subscription data. Card details are collected by the selected payment provider and are not stored by AISkillDev.
- Learning data including course access, lesson progress, quiz attempts, scores, and certificates.
- Support messages, email delivery status, security logs, IP-derived market information, and device/browser information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and courses, process and verify payments, display appropriate market pricing, issue invoices and certificates, communicate service messages, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, storage, and payment providers such as Stripe or Razorpay when those services are enabled. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and location
We use necessary cookies for login, security, checkout, and remembering a selected pricing market. Approximate country may be inferred from a trusted network header or IP-location service. AISkillDev does not use precise GPS location for pricing.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period needed to deliver the service, maintain transaction and certificate records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law. We use access controls, signed requests, validation, audit records, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of eligible personal information. Transaction, security, and certificate-verification records may need to be retained. Contact us, to submit a request.
